Back In Minnesota

Good morning. Following yesterday's impressive turnaround, premarket futures are indicating another good day for the bulls. Overseas markets are trading higher and the newswires are once again filled with more dealmaking (see AGE, CEN, MS). Along with this morning's reports on Q1 GDP and initial claims, we have two more reports due out after the opening bell (Chicago PMI at 9:45AM and Construction Spending at 10:AM).

This morning's premarket gainers are USAT, SMTC, ASML, CIEN, JASO, SOLF, ENDP, DIOD, AAUK, OPSW, GENZ, and YHOO. Premarket losers are OPTM, VCLK, SHLD, NOVC, and DNDN.

I'm finally back in Minnesota and will spend the day doing what people do after they take a trip (laundry, post office, email, catch up work, etc.) It was nice to spend some time with Mom and extended family, but traveling by air was a tremendous hassle this time. Between losing my luggage, two flight cancellations, and delays on every single flight, I would have been better off driving. It is almost enough to motivate me to get my pilot's license.

I'll be back later today with some links to share. Have a good one!
