Like yesterday's screen, here is a list of stocks that have not been doing very well over the past 20-days:

When looking over this screen, I generally will take a closer look at any stock here that is also showing up in other value-focused screens (ones that look for insider buying present have been helpful in this regard). This isn't my favorite screening strategy (matter of personal preference), but I know many of you love to buy into contrarian situations and keeping an eye on this kind of screen can be useful as a weekly filter.
