M&A Boost

Good morning. With only three trading days left for the month of February, the bulls look ready to close the month in a bullish manner. Monday morning M&A activity is again in focus (see TXU, DOW, STN) which is providing an optimistic tone.

Premarket gainers are CRDN, CNLG, STTS, SOLF, CELL, ITRI, LRCX, RIMM, ACGY, CRXL, SONS, CYTR, and CHTR. Premarket losers are UTHR, GEHL, ARRS, SMMF, SBUX, and JBLU.

Notwithstanding the surge of M&A activity, most still expect a quiet trading session ahead of a week filled with new economic data. Have a marvelous Monday!
