The Humbled Homebuilders

The money flow into the homebuilders is interesting. With all of the new interest-rate cut chatter and the notion that the bad news is already out gains support, somebody is buying these losers. Technically, a potential reverse head-and-shoulders pattern is developing but I have to admit, it almost seems too easy doesn't it?
