Never Short A Dull Tape?
The action is dull out there and I find myself working on other things this afternoon. Buyers are focused in some pretty lame groups (i.e. paper, chemicals, insurance) while there's little new in the list of chart toppers.
A lot of crosscurrents are ahead this week in which many have adopted a wait-and-see approach (myself included). I'm sure the bulls just hope the "never short a dull tape" maxim plays out once again.
