Proxy Voting by Mutual Funds
Gretchen Morgenson at the New York Times takes a look at some of the disclosures mutual fund companies have made following the new requirement by the SEC that demands full disclosure of their proxy voting. As you can unfortunately expect, a number of mutual fund companies continue to cast votes against their clients in the favor of corporate executives. READ
