Breaking The 200-Day Moving Average

A number of key stocks are now breaking through their 200-day moving averages, a very negative technical sign. Among those include Dell (DELL), Microsoft (MSFT), and Intel (INTC). In addition, the announcement that General Electric (GE) will raise about $3.8 billion through an underwritten offering of common stock is putting the market in a defensive mode.
