Greed Or Fear?

"I will tell you how to become rich. Close the doors. Be fearful when others are greedy. Be greedy when others are fearful."

This quote is from Warren Buffett who was lecturing to a group of students at Columbia when he was a mere 21 years old. Is the market controlled by greed or fear right now? I'll let you decide.
